Before the ship enters the factory, the safety supervision department of the operation unit shall assess the risk of each operation item by item according to the project list, and identify the dangerous and harmful factors of safety, health and environment in the ship repair and construction project.

Hazard identification and disclosure

Before the ship construction, the safety supervision department shall organize the production department, the operation team and the outsourcing construction unit (team) to carry out the safety disclosure, implement the responsibilities and work contents of the relevant staff, so that the operators can fully understand and master the risks existing in the operation process and the corresponding control measures.
